Output Excellence Program
Our Output Excellence Program (OEP) is an annual service agreement. This
program includes one preventative maintenance cleaning, unlimited service
and parts. Of course you get guaranteed 8-business hour, 4-hour emergency
service and “Contract Preference” response. The agreement is
one year in length and is renewable. Under this agreement we recommend that
the cartridges used in the equipment are either an authorized HP OEM or a
Manageflex OEM compatible cartridge.
Essential Service Program
Our Essential Service Program (ESP) includes all the contract benefits of
the OEP agreement with the exception of repair parts. Our guaranteed
8-business hour response with 4-hour emergency service ensures your
printers will be in top condition.
Valued Imaging Partner
Our Valued Imaging Partner Program (VIP) allows clients to receive the
cleanings and contract level response while being responsible for the cost
of labor and repair parts.
FLEX / PRISM Program
Our Flex program is designed for small (10 printer minimum), medium or
large monochrome printer fleets. This agreement includes laser cartridges,
annual preventative maintenance cleanings, unlimited printer service and
parts excluding maintenance kits. Additional cleanings reasonably available
upon request. MIS also provides the PRISM program to protect and maintain
color printers. This agreement does not include parts or non cartridge
consumables. It does include all labor, calibrations, cleanings, and
installation of parts or non cartridge consumables. Our FLEX and PRISM
programs guarantee 8-business hour, 4-hour emergency and preferred
preference response. The agreement is one year in length and is renewable.
Under this agreement we require that the cartridges used in the equipment
are either authorized HP OEM or Manageflex OEM-compatible brand acquired
exclusively from MIS.
FLEX / PRISM By The Page
Our FLEX By The Page approach to printer support is a simple cost per page
solution that includes all supplies and services needed to keep printers
and multifunction machines running smoothly. PRISM Color By the Page is
also available.
