multi-level marketing agreement that will allow the two companies to work

Manageflex Corporation Moves to a New Facility
Portsmouth, NH - June 1, 2005 - MIS recently
moved into its brand new facility located in the Pease International
Tradeport in Portsmouth,
NH at 222 International Drive. The new
headquarters provides more than 5,000 square feet of commercial space,
including an Integration and Testing area. The new facility also provides
adequate space for hosting secure disaster recovery/backup services, a
growing service offered by Manageflex. Manageflex was previously
headquartered in Hampton,
NH.
Manageflex has experienced steady growth over the past several months,
more than quadrupling its employee base. The relocation provides adequate
room for future growth and allows the company to better service its local
customer base.
The new facility allows Manageflex to provide its commercial,
educational and state/local government clients with continued services
including network integration, offsite disaster recovery/backup services
and technology procurement.
